![]()

The Birth Library is your one-stop for up-to-date and evidence-based pregnancy and birth information! During your pregnancy, you probably have been inundated with information. It can be challenging to determine whether the source is credible and what information will build confidence as you prepare for birth versus increasing your fears and anxieties.
Through the Birth Library, I have compiled a resource list of books, articles, websites, videos, DVDs, and birth apparel that will help you build confidence and trust in your body’s ability to give birth.
I believe that birth is an unique and individual event. Therefore, I am committed to providing information that is objective and will allow you to plan for your best birth experience. Many of the resources are useful for your labor support person, so share with him or her as they prepare assist you during birth. New resources will be added to the list and lending library as I review new material that builds confidence and promotes normal birth.
